12-Week Progress Tracker

Log every client's weight per session. Auto-saves to this device, nothing uploaded, nothing shared.

ⓘ HOW TO USE THIS TRACKER

  1. Pick your split, day, and level using the buttons below. Your day's real exercises appear automatically, pulled straight from your 12-Week Complete Program.
  2. Type your numbers in as you train. Top box each week is the weight you used, bottom box is the reps you got on each set (like 10,10,8). There's no save button, it saves the instant you type.
  3. Ramping sets? If you go up in weight each set instead of staying at one weight, just list them the same way: 35,40,45. The tracker automatically uses your last (heaviest) number for your progress chart.
  4. Your data stays saved between visits. Close this file, come back tomorrow or next month, and everything you've logged will still be exactly where you left it. It isn't a one-time session, it's permanent storage on this device. It only resets if you clear your browser's data or open the file in a different browser.
  5. Where your data lives: only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere and nobody else can see it, not even us.
  6. Because it only lives on this device, back it up. Tap Export My Data any time to download a small backup file. If you ever switch phones, clear your browser, or want a safety net, tap Import Data and select that file to bring everything back exactly as you left it.
  7. Make it quick to reopen: the simplest way is to bookmark it right in your browser (menu → Bookmarks) after opening it once, that works everywhere. On iPhone, Safari's Share button → Add to Home Screen also works directly and gives you a real DRVN icon on your home screen. On Android, "Add to Home Screen" only shows up if the file is saved somewhere like Google Drive rather than opened straight from your Downloads or Files app. If you don't see that option, save this file to Drive first, open it from there, and it'll appear. Either way: keep the original file where it is, since the bookmark/icon points back to it.
  8. Last Wt shows your most recent logged weight for that exercise. Tap View next to any exercise to see a chart of your progress across all 12 weeks.
  9. Next auto-suggests what to prescribe next session, based on the last weight and reps you logged for that exercise. It adds weight once you've hit the top of the rep range on every set, otherwise it tells you to hold the weight and add a rep.
  10. Switching your core level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) changes which core exercise shows up. Your history for every level is kept separately, so switching back later shows everything exactly how you left it.
1. Choose Your Split
2. Choose Your Day
3. Your Core Level
This applies to every day, change it any time your level changes. Your data for each level is saved separately and nothing is ever deleted, so switching levels and switching back later will show your history exactly as you left it.

Each week: top box is weight, one number for straight sets, or comma-separated per set if you ramp up (e.g. 35,40,45). Bottom box is reps per set (e.g. 10,8,6). If you ramp, your Last Wt and chart use the final (top) number in the list.
